Terms and rules

  1. User Registration.

    1. By registering on the forum, the user agrees to comply with these Rules.
    2. To register for the project, the user must provide a valid email address. We guarantee the confidentiality of the provided information.
    3. The use of VPNs and anonymous proxies is prohibited! The forum administration reserves the right to block user accounts using VPNs or anonymous proxy servers.
    4. The choice of username (login) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures to terminate the use of a login if its use violates generally accepted moral and ethical norms or is offensive to other forum users.
    5. Multiple registrations by one user, i.e., the creation of multi-accounts, is prohibited regardless of the purposes for which such registration is carried out.
    6. If you do not show activity on the forum for a long time, your account may be deleted.

  2. Forum Conduct.

    1. Communication on the forum is based on the principles of generally accepted morality and netiquette.
    2. The use of offensive language towards other forum members is strictly prohibited, including replacing letters with symbols.
    3. Any advertising, including advertising of internet projects, is prohibited, except in cases of prior agreement with the administration.
    4. The transfer, resale, or any other unauthorized distribution of resources downloaded from our website to third parties is strictly prohibited. If such violations are detected (to prevent the "leaking" of materials), the Administration or Moderators have the right to immediately block the user's account. In such cases, funds are not subject to refund, and the decision to block is final and not subject to further appeals.

  3. Post Publication.

    1. To start creating new threads, a user must leave at least 5 comments (replies).
    2. The thread title must be informative, clearly reflecting the essence of the problem.
    3. Before creating a new thread, ensure you are creating it in the forum of the appropriate topic, and also try to make sure that this issue has not been discussed before.
    4. Creating identical threads in different sections and placing messages with the same meaning in different threads is prohibited.
    5. Try not to make grammatical errors in your messages, unless, of course, you are a schoolchild constantly skipping Russian language lessons.

  4. Relations Between Users and Administration.

    1. In its actions, the forum administration is guided by common sense and internal forum management rules.
    2. The administration reserves the right to change the rules with subsequent notification to forum users. We strive to take into account the opinions and interests of all users!
    3. Discussion of the forum administration's actions is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to arrange public proceedings on this matter, as well as criticism of the administration, leads to permanent account blocking.
    4. Dear forum participants, we sincerely want you to gain something useful here – knowledge, material you need – and we also very much hope for your reciprocity and reciprocal help in developing this project!
